Abstract

Minister of the Christian Reformed Church. The collection includes a sermon; notebooks; and mimeographed manuscripts entitled "Hellenistic Greek Grammar," by G. J. Vos; "Nederlandsche letterkunde, Dictaat," by K. Schoolland; and "Historisch kritische inleiding op het Oude Testment," by K. Kuiper.

Biographical Note

William Veenstra was born in Paterson, New Jersey on September 25, 1868.  He went to Calvin College, earning his bachelor's degree in 1898. His first and only charge was in Zutphen, Michigan.  He served the congregation of Zutphen from 1901 until he was struck with typhoid fever in March 1902. He passed away on April 5, 1905.
