Exhorter and minister of various denominations (Gereformeerde Kerk, Gereformeerde Kerk onder 't Kruis, Afscheidenen, Oud Gereformeerde Gemeente, Reformed Church in America, Independent, Nederduits Gereformeerde Gemeenten, and Netherlands Reformed Church in America) who migrated back and forth between the Netherlands and the United States.
