Lawyer; minister of the Christian Reformed Church, of the Reformed Church in America, and of the United Church of Christ; professor at Grundy College (1921-1925); principal and Bible teacher of Chicago Christian High (1928-1951) and president of Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa (1951-1955).
