Principal at Eastern Academy, North Haledon, New Jersey. The collection includes class lecture notes from classes taught by the following Calvin professors: J. G. Vanden Bosch, H. J. Van Andel, W. Rinck, J. Broene, J. J. Hiemenga, W. H. Jellema, and P. Hoekstra.

Biographical Note

John R. Bos graduated from Calvin College with his BA in 1924. Teacher at Midland Park Christian School from 1921-1922; worked as an assistant in History at Calvin College from 1925-1928; Principal at Eastern Academy from 1928-1943; Principal at Beaver Dam Christian school from 1943-1948; Teacher at Grand Rapids Christian High School from 1948-1967. He lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
