The Grace Bytwerk collection contains a photo album which documents a 1928 trip to Europe which included a five week stay in Usquert, Groningen, The Netherlands.

Grace Bytwerk (1897-1993) lived in Muskegon, Michigan. She is the great-aunt of Calvin University professor emeritus Randall Bytwerk.

Scope and Contents: The photo album contains images and some newspaper clippings from a 1928 trip to Usquert, Groningen, The Netherlands. The photos in this scrapbook show people traveling via ship and enjoying leisure time in Usquert. This collection also features images of buildings and scenes in Usquert and Paris. Many of the people in this collection are identified in captions.
