The Ford Lewis Battles collection houses the personal papers of Ford Lewis Battles. This collection, which contains materials dating from 1727-1980, consists of correspondence, writings, and materials from Battles’s time as a translator and educator.

Abstract The Dutch Immigrant Letter Collection includes a wide spectrum of Dutch immigrant experience-Protestant, Catholic, and secular-and it is the only major collection of its kind. To assemble the Immigrant Letter Collection the archives conducted four major manuscript collection campaigns in the Netherlands and the United States between 1976 and 1990.
