Baxter Community Center Association Collection

Baxter Community Center is a non-profit organization that serves people living in the southeast side of Grand Rapids, Michigan, by providing day care, health care, a food and clothing pantry, tax preparation, counseling, and mentoring. The collection includes the history of the Eastern Avenue Community Center, minutes, correspondence, newsletters, and clippings. Other organizations involved are Grand Rapids Area Ministries, Grand Rapids Board of Evangelism, Grand Rapids City Mission, Grand Rapids Diaconal Conference, and Inner City Christian Federation.
