Abstract
The William J. Garvelink Collection contains transcriptions of an oral history interview of Garvelink about his work in foreign aid and as the US Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The collection is comprised of the finished transcript as well as three earlier drafts with handwritten notes and corrections.
