Wagon maker and lay leader in the Seceding church in Grootegast, Groningen, the Netherlands. Documents, containing police orders from and reports to the Mayor of Grootegast. The reports concern illegal religious meetings held in the barn of Albert Jan Westra and Pietertje Willems Top, his wife.
